Delete your account

You can delete all of your TFE Ethical Cybersecurity Planner data yourself, without installing anything or contacting us.
In the app
- Open the planner and press the account button at the top right (it shows your name, "Guest", or "Demo").
- Choose Delete my notes and account and confirm.
This immediately deletes every cloud-saved note, clears the notes stored on your device, and blocks the account so it can no longer sign in. The App then continues as a fresh guest.
By email
To have the blocked account record itself erased, or if you cannot sign in, emailsupport@nicholasdwest.com from the account's email address (or, for a child's account, from the parent or school contact). We complete erasure within 30 days and confirm by reply.
What is kept
Nothing about you. Short-lived server logs (IP address and request time) expire on their own schedule and are not linked back to a deleted account.
